目的了解浙江省湖州市农药中毒的危害现状,为农药中毒预防控制提供依据。方法将2008-2012年每年应用《中国疾病预防控制信息系统》的子系统“健康危害因素检测信息系统”所建立的农药中毒报告数据库逐年导入Excel软件进行汇总统计,并使用SPSS 12.0软件进行统计分析。结果 2008-2012年该市共发生农药中毒2945例,其中生产性农药中毒556例,占全部病例的18.88%,死亡2例,病死率为0.36%;男性(434例,78.06%)多于女性(122例,21.94%),35~60岁和65岁以上为高发年龄,具有明显的季节性,主要集中在7—9月;非生产性农药中毒2389例,女性(1308例,54.75%)多于男性(1081例,45.25%),25~45岁为高发年龄段,死亡113例,病死率为4.73%。有机磷农药是引起农药中毒的主要品种,尤以甲胺磷、敌敌畏和氧乐果(含乐果)为主,共占有机磷类中毒总数的73.99%。结论湖州市生产性农药中毒得到了有效的控制,但非生产性农药中毒应引起重视,有关部门应加强监管,有效预防和控制农药中毒的发生。
Objective To understand the status quo of pesticide poisoning in Huzhou City, Zhejiang Province, and provide evidence for the prevention and control of pesticide poisoning. Methods Every year from 2008 to 2012, the database of pesticide poisoning reporting system established by Subsidy System of China Disease Prevention and Control Information System and Health Hazard Detection Information System was imported into Excel software annually for summary statistics and SPSS 12.0 software was used Statistical Analysis. Results There were 2945 cases of pesticide poisoning in the city from 2008 to 2012, including 556 cases of productive pesticide poisoning, accounting for 18.88% of the total cases and 2 cases of death, with a case fatality rate of 0.36%. More men than women (434 cases, 78.06%) were women (122 cases, 21.94%), 35 to 60 years old and 65 years old were the high incidence age, with obvious seasonal, mainly in July-September; 2389 cases of unproductive pesticide poisoning, women (1308 cases, 54.75% More than males (1081 cases, 45.25%), 25-45 years old were high-incidence age groups, with 113 deaths and a mortality rate of 4.73%. Organophosphorus pesticides are the main species causing pesticide poisoning, especially methamidophos, dichlorvos and omethoate (containing dimethoate), accounting for 73.99% of the total organophosphate poisoning. Conclusions Productive pesticide poisoning has been effectively controlled in Huzhou City, but unproductive pesticide poisoning should be taken seriously. Related departments should strengthen supervision and prevent and control the occurrence of pesticide poisoning effectively.
