目的: 研究了(1)99mTc-抗粒细胞单克隆抗体 BW250/183的制备方法及其体内生物学分布;(2)99mTc-BW250/183 骨髓免疫显像在再生障碍性贫血中的临床应用价值;(3)99mTc-BW250/183 骨髓免疫显像诊断恶性肿瘤骨转移的临床价值。方法:(1)1 例志愿者注射 Tc-BW250/183 后于不同时相行全法: 99m身显像并抽取静脉血,计算各器官的放射性分布百分比及血液动力学参数;(2)8 例再障患者 Tc-BW250/183 显像与 Tc- 99m 99m硫化锝胶体骨髓显像进行对比, 并与对照组骨髓免疫显像定量指标对比分析;(3)14 例恶性肿瘤患者 99m Tc-BW250/183 骨髓免疫显像与 Tc-MDP 骨显像、X 线和/或 MRI 检查对比。 99m结果: 研究显示 99m Tc-BW250/183 是一种安全、理想的骨髓显像剂;骨髓免疫显像能够真实反映全身骨髓的功能状态及局部骨髓改变,在再障及确定恶性肿瘤骨转移中有重要的临床应用价值。
OBJECTIVE: To study (1) the preparation and in vivo biological distribution of 99mTc-anti-granulocyte monoclonal antibody BW250 / 183; (2) the clinical value of 99mTc-BW250 / 183 bone marrow immunostaining in aplastic anemia ; (3) 99mTc-BW250 / 183 bone marrow immunosuppression in the diagnosis of malignant bone metastases clinical value. Methods: (1) One volunteer injected Tc-BW250 / 183 at different times and performed the whole procedure at different times: 99m body image was taken and venous blood was drawn to calculate the percentage of radioactivity distribution and hemodynamic parameters of each organ; (2) 8 Tc-BW250 / 183 imaging in patients with aplastic anemia was compared with that of Tc-99m 99m CTGF colloidal bone marrow imaging, and the results were compared with the quantitative indicators of bone marrow immunostaining in control group. (3) 99m Tc-BW250 / 183 Bone marrow immunostaining versus Tc-MDP bone imaging, X-ray and / or MRI examinations. 99m Results: The study shows 99m Tc-BW250 / 183 is a safe and ideal bone marrow imaging agent; bone marrow immune imaging can truly reflect the functional status of the whole body bone marrow and local bone marrow changes in aplastic anemia and malignant bone metastasis There is an important clinical value.
