1.本研究对大白鼠下丘脑的视上核的神经分泌作了组织化学和电子显微镜的观察,证明针刺对比活动有一定的影响。 2.针刺足三里穴位后,在Bargmann氏铬矾苏木紫法的切片标本上见分泌颗粒减少,甚至胞浆内的分泌物有排空趋势。 3.戊二醛—锇酸固定的超薄切片标本在电镜下所见与组织化学结果相同,园球形的颗粒显著减少,剩下的颗粒失去基本形态,此时内质网和RNP明显,线粒体数量减少。 4.从实验结果分析,针刺对视上核细胞的分泌活动的作用主要表现在分泌物的释放加强,参与镇痛的活动。上核细胞的分泌活动均受突触的控制。

In this study, histochemistry and electron microscopy were performed on the neurosecretory secretion of the supraoptic nucleus of the hypothalamus in rats, demonstrating that acupuncture has a certain influence on the activity of contrast.
