本文旨在研究局部使用前列腺素E_2 对变态反应性鼻炎患者鼻血管床的作用。选用变态反应性鼻炎患者10例,前七天停止一切局部与全身用药。于左下鼻甲下缘作穿刺活检。一周后将0.25ml 前列腺素E_2(溶于生理盐水内,浓度为50μg/ml 用喷雾器喷于右鼻腔内,用药后30分钟,于右下鼻甲取活检,每一标本均作透射电镜和扫描电镜检查。结果发现局部使用前列腺素E_2 对鼻血管有下列影响:(1)小动脉与毛细血管呈不同
