当历史的车轮进入20世纪80年代末,神州大地掀起种种“热”。“文凭热”、“经商热”,……姗姗来迟的“告记者热”其势之迅猛令人寻味。无论是上海市中级人民法院以诽谤罪审结的《20年‘疯女’之谜》案,还是著名演员陈佩斯诉《湖南广播电视报》及《陈佩斯跑了》一文作者“布董味”侵害名誉权案,抑或是最后经上海高院调解处理的“济公”名誉权案,均在新闻界、法学界反响强烈。透过“告记者热”这一社会现象,一个个非常现实而又令人棘手的问题在人们心头萦绕:何谓侵害名誉权?公民和法人如何正确维护自身的合

Through the social phenomenon of “reporter hot”, one very realistic and thorny issue lingering in people’s hearts: what is the violation of the right of reputation? How do citizens and legal persons properly maintain their unity?
