随着我国国际地位的逐步提高,对外交流活动的日益频繁,中国的“世界梦”对英语这门交际工具的要求也越来越高。而高职英语教学所具有的应用性、实践性,很好的顺应了时代的要求。本文就如何在新形势下,全面提升教师素质、转变教学模式,从而达到强化学生英语应用能力的目的进行了初探,希望能对新形势下的高职英语教学起到一定的借鉴意义。
With the gradual improvement of China’s international status and the increasing frequency of foreign exchange activities, China’s “World Dream” has become increasingly demanding of English as a communicative tool. The application of English teaching in higher vocational, practical, well adapted to the requirements of the times. This article explores how to improve the quality of teachers in an all-round way, change the teaching mode, and achieve the goal of strengthening students’ ability to use English. It is hoped that it can be used as reference for higher vocational English teaching in the new situation.
