介绍了建立描述粉末金属压制过程数学模型的难点,详细论述了目前运用较多的基于连续体力学的建模方法,即粉末烧结体塑性力学方法和土塑性力学方法。分析、比较了两种方法的优劣,并对建模工作提出了展望和指导性意见。
The difficulty of describing the mathematic model of powder metal pressing process is introduced. The modeling methods based on continuum mechanics are discussed in detail, that is, the plastic mechanics method and the plasticity mechanics method of powder sintered body. Analyzed and compared the advantages and disadvantages of the two methods, and put forward the prospect and guidance for the modeling work.
