现对我院收治的208例病毒性心肌炎分析如下。 一、临床资料 208例均符合1985年九省市小儿病毒性心肌炎临床诊断标准。男107例,女101例;年龄<1岁33例,1～12岁175例;有病毒感染史125例,其中上感92例,肺炎11例,腹泻6例,腮腺炎7例,水痘4例,带状疱疹2例,麻疹3例。入院时发热72例,胸痛43例,胸闷、憋气71例,心悸30例,昏厥6例,充血性心衰3例,乏力58例,纳差、呕吐32例。体征:心动过速43例,心动过缓14例,心音低钝97例,心尖区Ⅱ～Ⅲ级收缩期杂音19例。查体时发现“心脏病”及心律紊乱76
