采用紫外分光光度法测定乳酸司帕沙星葡萄糖注射液的含量，以０．１ ｍ ｏｌ／Ｌ乳酸液为溶剂，在２９８ ｎｍ 波长处测定。司帕沙星浓度在２～１２ μｇ／ｍ ｌ范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系（ｒ＝ ０．９９９９），平均回收率为９９．９２％ ，ＲＳＤ 为０．１％ 。该法简便快速，重复性好，结果准确可靠。
The content of sparfloxacin lactate dextrose injection was determined by ultraviolet spectrophotometry and measured at 298 nm with 0.1 mol / L lactic acid solution as solvent. Sparfloxacin concentration in the range of 2 ~ 12 μg / ml and absorbance showed a good linear relationship (r = 0.9999), the average recovery was 99.92%, RSD was 0.1%. The method is simple and fast, good repeatability and accurate and reliable results.
