采用健康小型猪结扎冠状动脉左前降支造成心肌缺血模型，以检测平均动脉压（ＭＡＰ）、左室收缩峰压（ＬＶＳＰ）、左室舒张终末压（ＬＶＥＤＰ）、心率（ＨＲ）等指标观察灌服黄芪生脉颗粒剂后对小型猪实验性心肌缺血的影响。并采用ＴＴＣ染色心肌片，求得梗塞心肌占心室重量的百分比。结果表明，该制剂可明显减轻心肌缺血的程度和范围，减少缺血性心律失常的发生，增加心肌细胞的电生理稳定性
