一、引 言 一些研究表明,磷、砷、锡、锑等杂质元素在晶界富集到足够的量,引起沿晶断裂,是回火脆性的根本原因。 但是,在许多情况下,回火结构钢的脆性断裂,不是沿晶断裂,而是准解理穿晶断裂。 有人用透射电子显微镜研究了两种结构钢的断裂行为与显微组织的关系,认为回火后准解理断口的出现,是Fe_3C沿孪晶马氏体的内孪晶界及板条马氏体的条界析出
I. Introduction Some studies have shown that phosphorus, arsenic, tin, antimony and other impurity elements in the grain boundary enrichment to a sufficient amount, causing intergranular fracture, is the root cause of temper embrittlement. However, in many cases, the brittle fracture of tempered structural steels is not intergranular fracture, but quasi-cleavage transgranular fracture. Transmission electron microscopy was used to study the relationship between the fracture behavior of the two structural steels and the microstructure. It is believed that the appearance of the quasi-cleavage fracture after tempering is the inter-twin boundary of the twinned martensite and the slab Ma’s Body of the boundary precipitation
