现阶段我国农产品价格大幅度波动引起了社会各界的广泛关注。首先揭示了主要农产品价格波动的现状;其次,从供求变动、生产要素价格上涨、货币供给量变动、国际农产品价格上升以及游资炒作等方面对农产品价格波动进行了原因分析;再次,简要分析农产品价格波动对农民收益、物价水平的变动等方面的负面影响;最后,有针对性地提出了几点政策建议。
At this stage, the sharp fluctuations in the prices of China’s agricultural products have drawn widespread public concern. First of all, it reveals the status quo of the price volatility of the main agricultural products. Secondly, it analyzes the causes of the price fluctuations of agricultural products from the aspects of the supply and demand changes, the rising of the production factors, the change of the money supply, the rising of the international agricultural prices and the hot money speculation. Thirdly, Fluctuations on the farmers income, changes in price levels and other aspects of the negative impact; Finally, some suggestions made a number of policy recommendations.
