剖宫产术后常规预防感染治疗多用青霉素、庆大霉素、林可霉素、甲硝唑等二联或二联以上抗生素。国外自80年代以来提倡用头抱菌素类药物短程给药。我院自1996年底始对刚例剖宫产者术后单次应用菌必治预防感染，取得满意疗效。现报道分析如下。1临床资料1．1一般资料：选择1996年
