杨必的《名利场》译本内容表达周全、语言潇洒自如、结构非常严谨,赢得了众多翻译家的交口称赞。英语原文里有一些特定的词语,反映了西方文化,在中文里找不到对等概念。从异化与归化角度,重点关注这些文化负载词的翻译技巧,通过具体事例,分析如何既保留原作的特色,又生动、形象、地道用汉语表达,让读者理解原文的奥妙。
Yang Bi’s “Vanity Fair” translation of the contents of well-expressed, elegant and comfortable language, the structure is very strict, won the praise of many translators. There are some specific words in the original English text that reflect the Western culture and find no concept of equivalence in Chinese. From the perspectives of alienation and domestication, the author focuses on the translation skills of these culturally loaded words. Through concrete examples, it analyzes how to keep the characteristics of the original works vivid, vivid, and authentic in Chinese so that readers can understand the mystery of the original texts.
