目前,中国特色社会保障体系的框架基本形成,覆盖人群迅速扩大。截至2013年9月底,全国城镇职工和城乡居民参加基本养老保险的人数分别达到3.16亿人和4.90亿人,合计8.06亿人,覆盖率为80%;城镇职工和城乡居民参加基本医疗保险13多亿人,覆盖率为95%;工伤、失业、生育保险参保人数也分别达到1.62亿人、1.91亿人和1.61亿人。
At present, the framework of the social security system with Chinese characteristics has basically taken shape and the population has rapidly expanded. By the end of September 2013, the number of urban workers and urban and rural residents participating in basic endowment insurance had reached 316 million and 490 million respectively, a total of 806 million with a coverage rate of 80%. Urban workers and urban and rural residents participated in more than 13 basic medical insurance 100 million people, with a coverage rate of 95%. The number of workers injured, unemployed and maternity insurance reached 162 million, 191 million and 161 million respectively.
