国务院关于《质量振兴纲要》的发布,这是继1992年国务院发布《关于进一步加强质量工作的决定》以后,又一个有关质量工作的重要文件,这将对于推动我国经济增长方式的转变,质量总体水平的提高和人民生活水平的改善,必将产生十分重要的影响。我们卫生战线肩负着保障人民健康的特殊使命,质量问题就显得尤为重要。宣传、动员、组织卫生战线全体同志积极参与质量振兴事业,增强历史责任感和时代紧迫感,在《质量振兴纲要》的总体要求下,尽心尽力,扎扎实实,支持质量工作,帮助质量工作,全面加强我国卫生质量工作,实现《质量振兴纲要》提出的奋斗目标,为我国的质量振兴事业做出贡献。
The issuance of the “Outline for the Promotion of Quality” by the State Council is an important document concerning quality work following the “Decision on Further Strengthening Quality Work” issued by the State Council in 1992. This will promote the transformation of China’s economic growth pattern. The improvement of the level and the improvement of people’s living standards will surely have a very important impact. Our health front shoulders a special mission of safeguarding people’s health. Quality issues are particularly important. All comrades in the publicity, mobilization, and organization of the health front actively participated in the enterprise of quality revitalization, enhanced their sense of historical responsibility and sense of urgency. Under the overall requirements of the “Quality Promotion Program,” they tried their best, provided solid results, supported quality work, and helped quality work. Strengthen China’s health quality work, achieve the goals set out in the “Quality Revitalization Program”, and make contributions to our country’s quality revitalization.
