我生长于崇山茂林,对大自然有着深厚的感情,尤其是从事根雕艺术之后,更加热爱,迷恋。每当视见竹根、树根,总要多看一眼,如有所悟,爱不释手。抱回家中苦思冥想,灵感一至,刀斧并起,十几年下来,已创作了根艺作品四百余件。十多件作品已分别在省级和全国优秀根艺作品展中获金、银、铜牌奖,其中《刘海戏金蟾》在“94首届浙江省乡镇企业优秀工艺品
