目的 :探讨细胞周期调控因子蛋白表达在大肠癌发生发展中的作用及对预后影响。方法 :采用免疫组化染色对 6 4例大肠癌和 1 2例正常大肠粘膜P2 7、Ki- 6 7进行检测。结果 :大肠癌P2 7、Ki- 6 7阳性表达率与正常大肠粘膜相比均有显著性差异 (P <0 .0 5 ) ,大肠癌P2 7明显降低 ,Ki- 6 7明显增高。P2 7表达下降或缺乏与大肠癌的Dukes分期晚、有淋巴结转移显著相关。P2 7表达下降或缺乏者 ,其 5年生存率显著降低。结论 :P2 7表达下降或缺失可能加速细胞周期转化 ,促进大肠癌的发生及发展。P2 7表达下降或缺乏提示为大肠癌预后不良的危险因素
Objective: To investigate the role of cell cycle regulators protein in the development of colorectal cancer and its prognostic significance. Methods: Immunohistochemical staining was performed on 64 cases of colorectal carcinoma and 12 cases of normal colorectal mucosa P2 7 and Ki- 6 7. Results: The positive expression rates of P2 7 and Ki- 6 7 in colorectal cancer were significantly different from those in normal colorectal mucosa (P <0.05). The colorectal cancer P2 7 and Ki- 67 significantly increased. Decreased or deficient P2 7 expression was associated with late stage of Dukes colorectal cancer and lymph node metastasis. P2 7 expression decreased or lack of its 5-year survival rate was significantly lower. Conclusion: The decrease or deletion of P2 7 may accelerate the cell cycle transformation and promote the occurrence and development of colorectal cancer. Decreased or deficient expression of P2 7 suggests a risk factor for poor prognosis in colorectal cancer
