本文简述了变压器线圈导线焊接中存在的问题,提出了采用非晶无银钎焊料进行搭接焊的工艺方法。并从焊料性能、焊接原理、钎焊设备、试验结果分析及焊接工艺参数等几方面进行了论述。文中还分别四种不同的钎焊料所焊接的导线接头,从机械强度、全相组织、导电性、焊接性能等进行了比较分析,通过生产应用证明:此项工艺方法具有接头强度高、导电性好,抗短路能力强、操作简单、焊接时间短、清理容易、经济性好等优点。本工艺方法适用于变压器线圈用的扁铜导线、无氧铜导线、低氧铜导线、换位导线的焊接。
This article briefly describes the problems existing in the welding of transformer coil conductors, and proposes a method of lap welding using amorphous silver-free brazing filler metal. And from the solder properties, welding principle, brazing equipment, test results analysis and welding process parameters are discussed in several aspects. In this paper, four different kinds of brazed solder joints are also respectively analyzed from the aspects of mechanical strength, all-phase structure, electrical conductivity and welding performance. The production application shows that this method has the advantages of high joint strength, Good sexual, anti-short circuit ability, simple operation, welding time is short, easy to clean, good economy and so on. The process method is suitable for transformers coil with flat copper wire, oxygen-free copper wire, low oxygen copper wire, transposed wire welding.
