首次提出了以向红邻菲啉作显色剂的双波长分光光度法同时测定样品中铜及铁的新方法。铜含量在0—1.3μg/ml,铁含量在0—0.6μg/ml范围内与吸光度呈良好的线性关系,此法用于工业废水中铜和铁的同时测定,获得了满意的结果。
For the first time, a new method for the simultaneous determination of copper and iron in samples by dual-wavelength spectrophotometry with phenanthroline as color reagent was first proposed. The results showed that the copper content in the range of 0-1.3μg / ml and the iron content in the range of 0-0.6μg / ml showed a good linear relationship with the absorbance. This method was applied to the simultaneous determination of copper and iron in industrial wastewater with satisfactory results .
