本文比较了国外发达国家与我国在区域信息资源共建共享领域中的现状和差距。通过分析我国区域信息资源共建共享分布情况及存在的问题,从多方面探讨阻碍资源共建共享的因素,提出完善及建立区域信息资源共建共享的管理机制和有效措施。区域资源共享建设对于区域经济社会发展具有战略意义,是信息事业发展的必然趋势。
This article compares the status quo and gaps in the field of regional information resources co-construction and sharing between developed countries and China. By analyzing the distribution and existing problems of co-construction and sharing of regional information resources in our country, this paper explores the factors that hinder the co-construction and sharing of resources in many aspects and proposes the management mechanism and effective measures to improve and establish co-construction and sharing of regional information resources. The construction of regional resource sharing is of strategic significance to the regional economic and social development and is an inevitable trend of the development of information industry.
