在社会分工系统中的地位和作用、结构和管理由于建立了运用社会有组织的劳动的服务行业,人们的旅游需求才可能得以满足。为旅游服务业属于非生产性行业,它把与物质财富的分配、交换和消费有关的各种活动,以及社会上层建筑中形成的某些关系联结起来。旅游组织者和服务人员的劳动对象是人及其休假条件。他们的工作目的总的来说是为人们合理安排自己的自由时间提供条件。
The Status and Role, Structure and Management of the System of Social Division of Labor Due to the establishment of a service sector that uses socially organized labor, people’s travel needs are likely to be met. For the tourism service industry to belong to the unproductive industry, it links various activities related to the distribution, exchange and consumption of material wealth with certain relations formed in the superstructure of society. Tourism organizers and service workers are working people and their vacation conditions. The purpose of their work generally is to provide the conditions for people to make their own free time reasonable.
