A correct understanding of the economic advantages of our province is closely related to the formulation of the long-term planning of our province and to the current economic restructuring. If we can organically combine all kinds of favorable conditions and exert their due functions, we will greatly enhance our economic results, accelerate the pace of our province’s four modernizations and make greater contributions to our country. What are the advantages of our province and can only be compared with each other across the country as a whole, compared with other economic indicators and correctly estimated their position in the whole country? First of all, we must first specify what is the standard for measuring the advantages.
