目的:建立测定清热解毒灌肠液中盐酸小檗碱含量的方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为BDS-C18,流动相为乙腈-0.033mol.L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液(40∶60),流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为345nm。结果:盐酸小檗碱在5.55~110.90μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,平均回收率为96.98%(RSD为1.43%)。结论:此法简便、快速、准确,可作为清热解毒灌肠液中质量控制含量测定的方法。
Objective: To establish a method for determination of berberine hydrochloride in Qingrejiedu enema. Methods: High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.033mol.L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate solution (40:60) and the flow rate was 1.0mL · min-1. The detection wavelength was 345nm. Results: Berberine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship with the peak area in the range of 5.55-110.90 μg with an average recovery of 96.98% (RSD 1.43%). Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid and accurate and can be used as a method for quality control of Qingrejiedu enema.
