在应用细胞融合技术选育食用菌优良菌株过程中,融合子的选择是很重要的一环。就现在融合成功的几个例子看,融合率都低于10~(-4),可见没有遗传标记是难以选择出融合子的。过去的报道多用营养缺陷型作为融合的标记,而有关抗药性标记尚未见有报道。为准确方便地选择出融合子,我们对凤尾菇抗药性标记技术进行了研究,现初报如下:材料和方法
