目的对萎软紫菀Aster flaccidus全草的化学成分进行分离研究。方法采用正、反相硅胶柱进行分离纯化,用物理化学和光谱学方法鉴定化合物的结构。结果从紫菀属植物萎软紫菀全草中分离鉴定出14个化合物,分别为2-oxo-isocosticacid(1)、单萜环烯醚苷(2)、山柰酚-3-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(3)、1β,6α-二羟基桉烷-4(15)-烯(4)、6β-丙酸基-1,10-脱氢呋喃艾里莫芬型烷(5)、印乌头碱(6)、羽扇豆醇(7)、甘草素(8)、黄芹素(9)、苜蓿素(10)、松柏醛(11)、木栓酮(12)、芹菜素(13)、对羟基苯甲酸(14)。结论其中化合物2~7为该属植物中首次分离得到,化合物1~10、13为该植物中首次分离得到。
OBJECTIVE To separate and study the chemical constituents of Aster flaccidus whole grass. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by normal and reverse phase silica gel column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by physicochemical and spectroscopic methods. Results Fourteen compounds were isolated and identified from the whole plant of the genus Asplenium, and were identified as 2-oxo-isocosticacid (1), monoterpene (2), kaempferol-3-O-β-D - glucoside (3), 1β, 6α-dihydroxypyrrolidin-4 (15) -ene (4), 6β-propionyl- Aconitine (6), lupeol (7), glycyrrhizin (8), ghrelin (9), alfalfa (10), coniferyl aldehyde (11) P-hydroxybenzoic acid (14). Conclusions Among them, compounds 2 ~ 7 were isolated from this genus for the first time, and compounds 1 ~ 10,13 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
