用半导体激光致畸小白鼠骨髓细胞染色体试验评价了不同功率激光照射下的细胞遗传学效应。将分组小白鼠用半导体激光器分别做梯度剂量照射。实验结果表明,在波长830nm半导体激光的照射下,小白鼠骨髓细胞染色体出现多倍体,且畸变率与照射剂量成正比关系。
Chromosome test of bone marrow cells of semiconductor laser induced teratogenic mice was used to evaluate the cytogenetic effect under different power laser irradiation. The mice were divided into groups using a semiconductor laser gradient dose irradiation. Experimental results show that under the irradiation of a semiconductor laser with a wavelength of 830nm, chromosomes of mouse bone marrow cells appear polyploidy, and the aberration rate is directly proportional to the irradiation dose.
