目的观察心脏粘液瘤的临床及病理形态学特征,并探讨其组织起源及生物学性质。方法对11例手术切除的心脏原发性粘液瘤进行显微镜观察,并对全部病例作组化染色(PAS染色及Alcian染色)。结果11例心脏粘液瘤发生于左心房9例,右心房1例,左心室1例。发病年龄6~55岁(平均为37岁)。组织化学染色PAS及Alcian均为阳性。结论心脏粘液瘤组织起源于未分化多潜能间叶细胞,其生物学行为具有潜在的恶性倾向。
Objective To observe the clinical and pathological features of cardiac myxoma and explore its origin and biological properties. Methods A total of 11 cases of cardiac myxoma with surgical resection were observed under microscope and all cases were stained by histochemistry (PAS staining and Alcian staining). Results Eleven cases of cardiac myxoma occurred in 9 cases of left atrium, 1 case of right atrium and 1 case of left ventricle. The age of onset is 6 to 55 years old (average 37 years old). Histochemical staining was positive for both PAS and Alcian. Conclusion The cardiac myxoma tissue originates from undifferentiated pluripotent mesenchymal cells, and its biological behavior has a potential malignant tendency.
