以顾客为导向,通过满足需求达到顾客满意,最终实现包括利润在内的企业目标,是现代市场营销的基本精神。这一观念的运用促进了市场的全面繁荣和企业的快速成长,它要求企业一切的工作,包括产品设计、生产、定价、分销、促销等活动,都要以消费者需求为出发点。“顾客就是上帝”再也不是企业喊出的一句口号,而应该具体落实到企业的实际行动中去。将这一理念应用到销售渠道,笔者认为以顾客为导向的经营理念使销售渠道产生以下方面的变革——
Customer-oriented, to meet customer satisfaction through the demand to achieve the ultimate goal, including corporate profits, is the basic spirit of modern marketing. The application of this concept has promoted the overall prosperity of the market and the rapid growth of enterprises. It requires that all business activities, including product design, production, pricing, distribution and promotion, be based on the needs of consumers. “Customer is God ” is no longer a slogan shouted by enterprises, but should be concretely implemented in the actual operation of the enterprise. Apply this concept to sales channels, I believe that customer-oriented business philosophy to make sales channels have the following changes -
