高精度端面凸轮如图1所示。凸轮曲线用φ10h7的钢球测量,其中心轨迹是以角ψ为自变量的指数曲线,端面升程的函数方程为: y=C-C_1×10~(-c2(ψ-c_3))式中C、C_1、C_2、C_3均为常数。端面凸轮的最大升程h_(max)=8. 366mm。其中0°~200°的曲线升程允差为±0.01mm;200°~316°的曲线升程允差为±0.005mm,每隔30'作一次升程测量,凸轮光洁度为8;其余316°~0°为回程部分,只作圆滑过渡。端面凸轮的材料为4Gr13,淬火硬度HRC54
