由中国机械工程学会工业炉学会、河南省工业炉学会、洛阳市工业炉学会、机电部第四设计研究院,洛阳市科协共同举办的《全国工业炉窑引进和技术改造学术交流会)于1990年7月3日至6日在河南省洛阳市召开.参加会议的代表来自全国的冶金、建材、机械电子、航空航天、石油化工、高等院校等系统107个单位,共计174人.全国工业炉学会理事、河南省工业炉学会理事长兼洛阳市工业炉学会理事长林孝勤高级工程师主持会议并做了大会总结。全国工业炉学会副理事长史竞高级工程师参加了会议并致开幕词.本次会议的主要任务是:(1)引进政策与管理;(2)引进技术的消化、吸收和推广;(3)旧炉窑的技术改造。围绕上述任务,会议共宣读和交流论文43篇,同时邀请冶金部洛阳耐火材料研究院剧院长王
