目的:探讨女性腹痛的临床诊断和鉴别。方法:选取我院门诊和住院部收治的出现腹痛的女性患者18例的临床资料进行回顾性的分析总结。结果:腹痛是临床上最常见的一种临床症状表现之一,引起患者出现腹痛的原因是多种多样的。讨论:尽快的对疾病进行有效的诊断和治疗能够保证患者身体的健康,甚至是挽救患者的生命的重要手段。
Objective: To investigate the clinical diagnosis and differential diagnosis of abdominal pain in women. Methods: A retrospective analysis was made on the clinical data of 18 female patients with abdominal pain admitted to our hospital and inpatient departments. Results: Abdominal pain is one of the most common clinical manifestations of clinical symptoms, causing patients with abdominal pain due to a variety of reasons. Discussion: As soon as possible to effectively diagnose and treat the disease can guarantee the health of the patient, and even save the patient’s life an important means.
