在现代企业人力资源管理中,薪酬管理是非常重要的内容。科学合理的薪酬体系对于吸引和留住优秀人才、激励员工创造更高的工作业绩等具有重要的现实意义。如何通过建立科学合理的薪酬制度来增强企业的凝聚力、吸引人才、激励员工努力工作,是广大企业迫切需要解决的重要课题。本文针对某现代企业薪酬体系存在的问题,设计出合理的符合本企业实际的薪酬体系,使之既有利于企业的可持续发展,又能使员工从薪酬中获得物质上与心理上的满足感,更好地服务于企业之中。
In the modern enterprise human resource management, salary management is very important content. Scientific and reasonable remuneration system has important practical significance for attracting and retaining excellent talents, motivating employees to create higher work performance and so on. How to build a scientific and reasonable salary system to enhance cohesion, attract talent, motivate employees to work hard, is an urgent need for the vast number of enterprises an important issue. In this paper, aiming at the existing problems in a modern enterprise’s salary system, this paper designs a reasonable salary system that accords with the actual enterprise so that it not only benefits the sustainable development of the enterprise, but also obtains the material and psychological satisfaction from the salary , Better serve the business.
