胎儿男性 ,胎龄 2 7周。因Ｂ超检查示 :“羊水过多 ,胎儿发育畸形”而行引产术娩出。孕妇 2 5岁 ,孕期无感冒发热等症状 ,未服过任何药物 ,非近亲结婚。孕 18周时曾行Ｂ超检查未发现胎儿发育异常。解剖所见 :死亡男婴 ,未成熟 ,身长 40ｃｍ ,两侧面颊明显不对称 ,左侧颊部隆起
