教师眼里的差生,其实就是我们现实意义上的问题学生。在教导问题学生的过程中需要教师花费更多的心血,需要更多的技巧。本文主要就问题学生的心理特征进行分析研究,探讨如何提高班主任的沟通技巧等等。
Poor students in the eyes of the teacher, in fact, is the problem students in our practical sense. Teachers need to spend more effort in teaching problematic students and need more skills. This article mainly analyzes and studies the psychological characteristics of the students in question and discusses how to improve the communication skills of the class teacher.
