本試驗系本研究工作的第三部分,试验方法及种籽种类与第二部分的二氯乙烯对十种农作物种子的薰蒸及发芽試驗完全相同。本試驗所使用溴甲烷的品質含系有效成分98%的标准品,使用剂量及薰蒸时間也以上海市粮食油脂公司所常用能达杀虫率100%的剂量与时間为标准,即每立方米为35克,时間为48小时。关于溴甲烷薰蒸农作物种籽后对发芽力的影响,有若干試驗报告,但是有很多是非常矛盾的,例如S. S. Easter、F. W. Fisk及R. Latta等均認为,用溴甲烷薰蒸,对豆类及谷物种籽的发芽一般无害,或为害极少。但据R. T. Cotton报告,则
