所谓健身气功是指在传统生命整体观影响下的以身体姿势、呼吸锻炼、意念调节为有机整体,以动功、静功包括自我按摩为基本活动形式,旨在袪病强身的中华民族传统体育活动。而健身气功学则是指在长期健身气功实践中逐步积累、形成的,旨在探索和研究祛病健身的各种自我身心锻炼理论与方法及其发展规律与其他社会诸领域关系等的系统知识体系。作为一门学科,健身气功学有其自身的研究范畴以及自身的研究领域。健身气功学的研究范畴主要有:天人合一观、阴阳平衡观、形神共养观、内外兼修观以及精气神学说和身息心学说等;健身气功学的研究领域大致有:健身气功的历史学研究,健身气功的文化学研究,健身气功的社会学研究,健身气功的文献典籍研究,健身气功的作用机理研究及健身气功的功理功法研究等。
The so-called Health Qigong refers to the traditional life under the influence of the overall concept of body posture, breathing exercises, the concept of regulation for the organic whole, with dynamic, static work, including self-massage as the basic form of activity aimed at hysteria and the traditional Chinese sports activity. Health Qigong is a system of knowledge that gradually accumulates and forms in the long-term Qigong practice.
