企业科技情报工作是把科技成果转化为现实生产力的桥梁和纽带.目前,这项工作普遍未得到应有的重视,亏损企业则更为明显.这就成了造成亏损的一个极其重要的因素,使得不少企业犹如盲人瞎马,经营决策屡屡受挫.这里,笔者不妨以某县40家亏损企业与该县经济效益前20强企业的科技情报机构、人员和基础建设等方面进行比较,即可发现亏损企业科技情报工作中存在的问题.
Corporate scientific and technological intelligence work is the bridge and link that turns scientific and technological achievements into practical productivity. At present, this work is generally not given due attention, and loss-making enterprises are even more pronounced. This has become an extremely important factor in causing losses. Many companies are like blind people and business decisions have often been frustrated. Here, the author may wish to compare 40 loss-making enterprises in a county with the scientific and technological intelligence organizations, personnel, and infrastructure of the county’s top 20 economically-preserved enterprises. Finding problems in loss-making enterprises’ scientific intelligence work.
