在石油勘探和测井中,现场处理和分析井下泥浆密度、压力、地质等参数,是实现科学和安全钻井、提高工效的有效方法.但我国目前使用的测井仪器多为舶来品,亟待国产化.据此,我们对预报井漏、井喷,判断井下异常现象的泥浆密度传感器进行了研制.1 工作原理及结构1.1 原理液体密度的测量,可根据密度与固定高度间压差的关系,通过差压式敏感元件测得压差值后,经规一化得到相应的密度值.
