当前,职业教育被赋予更加重要的职责与使命,但社会上“唯学历”的种种现象仍在一定程度上存在。近期,全国人大常委会委员长张德江向十二届全国人大常委会第十五次会议作职业教育法执法检查报告,指出当前职业教育面临的六大困难和问题,建议尽快修改不适当的、唯学历要求的政策文件,清理对职业院校毕业生就业、晋升等不合理规定。
At present, vocational education is given more important responsibilities and missions. However, there are still some phenomena in society that have “only academic qualifications”. Recently, Zhang Dejiang, chairman of the NPC Standing Committee, reported to the 15th meeting of the Standing Committee of the 12th National People’s Congress on the law enforcement inspection of vocational education law, pointing out the six major difficulties and problems facing vocational education now and recommending an amendment as soon as possible of improper Academic requirements of the policy documents, clean up the employment of vocational college graduates, promotion and other unreasonable provisions.
