该项成果的除湿原理是:氯化锂为一种白色无机盐,亲水性极强,利用氯化锂吸湿之特性,将其浸入石棉制成的纸中,再将纸制成蜂窝状的转轮芯,当潮湿的空气通过回转着的3/4蜂窝状孔洞时,水分被氯化锂吸收。而在另外1/4处,利用热空气反向吹入蜂窝孔洞,以排除被氯化锂吸收的水分,这样周而复始的旋转,达到不断除湿的效果。 该成果研制的除湿设备采用联合串级除湿,发挥了各除湿方法的特点,提高了设备的除湿工作效能,节
