尽管世界经济整体增速将略有提高,但我国面临的外部经济环境依然错综复杂。回顾2013年,全球工业生产和贸易疲弱,价格水平回落,国际金融市场持续波动,世界经济增速继续小幅回落。其中,发达国家增长动力略有增强,发展中国家困难增多。预计2014年,发达国家和发展中国家内部经济会继续分化,欧洲和亚洲以外的发展中国家增长动力不足;尽管世界经济整体增速将略有提高,但我国面临的外部经济环境依然错综复杂。
Despite the slight increase in the growth of the world economy as a whole, the external economic environment facing our country remains intricate. Recalling that in 2013, the global industrial production and trade were weak, the price level dropped, the international financial markets continued to fluctuate, and the world economic growth rate continued to decline slightly. Among them, the growth momentum of developed countries has been slightly enhanced, and the difficulties of developing countries have increased. It is estimated that in 2014, the internal economy in developed and developing countries will continue to diverge, and the developing countries in Europe and Asia will have insufficient growth momentum. In spite of the slight increase in the overall growth of the world economy, the external economic environment facing our country remains intricate.
