近期,债市窝案频发,扫黑风暴范围再次扩大。为实现债市持续健康发展,债券市场急需加强监管。过去的一年中,在A股熊市的大背景下中国债券市场规模有增无减,不少券商与基金依旧维持着不错的业绩。然而近期,债市窝案频发,不少债市“大佬”因涉嫌利益输送或涉嫌代持养券等违规行为而陆续被查。这令不少金融机构中浸淫债市的老手们人心惶惶,颇有些风声鹤唳草木皆兵。在风险事件频发的背景下,前期反复“升温”的信用债市场或将迎来降温时刻,如何加强债市监管与制度革新成为当务之急。
Recently, the debt market frequently, sweep the dark storm once again expanded. In order to achieve the sustained and healthy development of the bond market, the bond market urgently needs to be strengthened. In the past year, under the background of A-share bear market, the size of China’s bond market has been on the increase. Many brokerages and funds still maintained good performance. Recently, however, there were frequent cases of the bond market. Many bond markets “bigwigs ” have been investigated on the suspicion of illegal transfer of interests or on behalf of holders of securities. This makes a lot of financial institutions immersed in the bond market veteran people panic, quite a bit of flamboyant. Under the background of frequent risk events, the credit market with repeated “rising” temperatures in the early period may usher in a cooling moment and how to strengthen the supervision and institutional reform of the bond market has become a top priority.
