为了探索微波硫灯作为农用光源的应用前景,以小麦(扬麦158)为材料,研究了硫灯和氙灯对分蘖、拔节以及分孽拔节期间光合速率的影响.结果表明,两种光源下小麦拔节或拔节前期叶片的光合特性几乎没有差异.氙灯使小麦植株拔节明显提前,并降低分蘖数、单株总叶片数,缩短叶长和叶宽,抑制根系生长.与氙灯相比,硫灯使小麦的抽穗期和成熟期明显接近正常生长状况,单株穗数、单穗长度、单穗粒数、单穗重和单株麦粒重等显著高于用氙灯处理的小麦,使单株小麦产量显著增加.氙灯的大量红外辐射可能是造成两种光源下小麦拔节和分蘖出现明显差异的主要原因.硫灯处理的小麦生长发育更接近自然生长情况.
