根据电火花放电的物理过程,分析电火花细微加工中的几种主要作用力,利用连续弹性体振动理论和一些假设条件研究电极的振动规律,并对电极结构尺寸与电极干扰振幅的关系进行数值分析。在理论研究和数值分析的基础上,进行了细微孔加工受电极振动影响的工艺实验。
According to the physical process of EDM, several main forces in the EDM are analyzed. The vibration law of the electrode is studied by using the theory of continuous elastic body vibration and some hypothetical conditions. The relationship between the size of the electrode and the amplitude of the electrode disturbance is numerically analysis. On the basis of theoretical research and numerical analysis, experiments on the effect of electrode vibration on micropore processing were carried out.
