乌鳢是肉食性鱼类,营养全、肉质嫩、味道鲜美,且价格比普通鱼高4～6倍。多年来,人们欲在养殖水域套养乌鳢都未成功。最近,笔者在湖北省汉川县调查了几户套养乌鳢成功的专业户,他们的经验值得借鉴。 1.套养规格要比其它鱼类小春投鱼苗,一般鱼类规格在15厘米以上,而乌鳢只能在5～7厘米,大了易伤害其它鱼苗,过小则觅食能力差,容易死亡。 2.投苗时间稍迟据测试,同等条件下,
