据悉,为落实中共中央办公厅印发的《从律师和法学专家中公开选拔立法工作者、法官、检察官办法》精神,广东省人大相关部门将尽快启动该项工作,积极配合组织人事主管部门,在人员编制限额内结合实际抓紧制定公开选拔计划和实施方案,明确公开选拔岗位、条件、程序,通过试点先行,选拔一批优秀的专家、律师充实到广东省的立法工作队伍中。
