以工业二乙烯基苯(DVB)作封端剂,用活性阴离子聚合方法首次成功地合成了乙烯基苯乙基聚苯乙烯大单体,讨论了封端时间、温度、活性种分子量、四氢呋喃及封端剂用量对合成效率的影响.结果表明:大单体的分子量与设计值很接近,分子量分布较窄,其数均官能度在0.9—1.1之间,偶联率小于10％.
Vinyl phenethylpolystyrene macromonomers were successfully synthesized by living anionic polymerization for the first time with industrial divinylbenzene (DVB) as the capping agent. The effects of the capping time, temperature, molecular weight of active species, The results showed that the molecular weight of macromonomer was close to the designed value, the molecular weight distribution was narrow, the number average functionalities were between 0.9-1.1, and the coupling ratio was less than 10%.
