通过受体的放射配基结合分析，对２８例不同程度的先天性尿道下裂患儿外生殖器皮肤细胞的雄激素受体进行了测定，实验显示尿道下裂患儿外生殖器皮肤细胞内雄激素受体量减少，表明雄激素受体异常是先天性尿道下裂的原因之一。
