取出大鼠心脏按Langedorff装置灌流Krebs-Henseleit溶液,通以95%O_2和5%CO_2,pH7.4,37℃。经一段时间平衡后,开始以无钙K-H溶液灌流10min,随后以含钙K-H液灌流;并测定灌流液中的总蛋白和CPK。
